Information meeting for all players interested in playing in the 2025 season will be February 2nd, 2025 - 4:30pm at Sheridan High School. We will discuss teams, player expectations, fundraising and overall program expectations. Below are the forms needed from each player and a registration fee of $600 for all players except incoming infantry players. If you are new we will need a copy of your player’s birth certificate. Please bring all paperwork - Form 2, Code of Conduct, fee and birth certificate (if needed) to the meeting on Feb 2nd.

Registration Form: Please fill out if you have not already - this is the same link that is on our Facebook page and the email I send out

2025 Form 2: Everyone player needs this filled. Page 1 with player and parent signature and the player information on the back with all medical policy info. You DO NOT need it notarized.

Code of Conduct: Please read and review both players and parents. Fill out the second page and bring to meeting - must be turned in before first practice.

Expectations and Responsibilities: Please read - will be summarized at the meeting.

No Contact List - This is a list of corporate sponsors that we prefer you don’t ask to also be picture sponsors as they are already donating to the program.

Registration Fee - You may pay through this website but it will cost you extra for the credit card fees - $620.00 or you can pay using the venmo link under the social media tab at the top of the page.
